Nine years carrying enterprise quota before training, 120+ teams trained across SaaS, logistics and professional services. My drills are recorded, reviewed and repeated until they are boring — boring closes deals.

How many touches before a prospect replies?

Plan for 5–7 touches across email, phone and LinkedIn over about 12 business days. Rules that survive contact with reality: personalize the first line with something specific to their world, give value in every touch instead of "just bumping this", and stop cleanly with a permission-to-close message. Most teams quit at touch two — the replies live in touches four through six.

The role-play drill that fixed a team’s close rate

A SaaS team came to me closing 14% of qualified demos. We built an objection library from their last 100 lost calls, then drilled two objections a week in recorded role-plays — me as the nastiest buyer version of their ICP. Seven weeks later: 27% close rate, same product, same leads. Practice does not make perfect; recorded, reviewed practice does.
